Refund policy
All sales are final.
Due to the handmade and made to order nature of YOYO Creates Pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or the incorrect item is received.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at yoyo@yoyo-creations.com, and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement if available. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

Each piece is handmade with care and slight variations are a natural part of the process and not considered defects.
Certain components, such as lacing, eyelets, trims and other finishing details are attached to textile-based materials and should be handled with care. Damage resulting from excessive force, wear or improper handling is not considered a manufacturing defect and does not qualify for a return or a refund.
Lacing components-- including cord, ribbon, lace ties, etc and aglets-- are external, replaceable elements and are not part of the structural construction or integrity of the corset. Any damage to the lacing does not constitute damage to the corset itself and does not qualify for a return or refund. In such cases, replacement lacing can be provided upon request.
We encourage gentle handling of all garments to preserve their integrity and longevity.
